Pastor Dave was called to FLBC on August 1, 2022. David is a two-time graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; in 2000 with a Master of Arts in Church Music, and in 2021 with a Master of Theological Studies. He has served as a youth pastor, worship pastor, church planter and now as senior pastor. Pastor Dave is married to Wendy and they have 5 children: Hannah (married to Blake Pfaff), Marie, Jay, Abby and Caleb.
Justin Eason, Student Minister - Justin joined the FLBC family in July 2009 and is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and has his Master of Divinty degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kentucky. Margo Gregory serves as our Office Secretary, since December of 2021, upon the retirement of long-time Church Secretary and Financial Administrator, Marsha Markley. Margo resides in San Marcos with her husband, J.D. Elshoff. You may contact Margo at officeadmin@flbconline.org.
Kyle Morris serves as our Facilities Manager. Kyle takes care of the building and grounds maintenance at FLBC. He keeps the building in top condition and is always ready to help in any way.
